One of the men running from police after a high-speed chase is in jail. A family in DeKalb County captured the man when he approached them and asked for food and water.

SPARTA, Tenn. - The Tennessee Highway Patrol and police in White County caught on Sunday convicted felon Kirk Douglas Fincher of Kansas City, Mo., after a four-day manhunt for him and two other accomplices.
